Let me introduce myself

I was born as a very creative being - dancing, drawing and singing.

Through the years I've discovered a talent to inspire and share with others creativity skills and energy. I love to see how people of all ages start to shine, when they activate their own ability to be Creative.

How did I become an Art life coach?
I am expanding my boundaries over and over again. Managed to live in a few different countries - big cities, small towns, and countryside. Tried different realities, lifestyles, chapters. Learned new languages and cultures.
Years ago I’ve started a few levels drawing courses “I can draw, I can see”, both for adults and kids. There I’m combining a fusion of improvisational playful teaching approach with a formal academic structured art education.
When it’s time to learn new ways I’m open to study new things. So Neurographica sessions came into my professional skills palette. A new helping method to feel mentally better and recreate neuron connections in the brain through special drawing techniques.
I’ve also created and gave birth to beautiful sons. Gracefully integrating the role of a mother into a creative lifestyle. One doesn't exclude another. My life became an unlimited canvas, an art piece in constant progress.
Through all times. Joys and sorrows. Yes, there were sorrows and very unexpected challenging life situations.
Like starting from scratch a new life in a totally new environment and country. Several times.
Or experiencing mental and physical burnout. Yes, I was very tired, hurt, lonely and scared at many points of my life.
But in the end I always choose to reflect, rest, recover, then to go forward and reinvent myself.
Rise from the ashes, again and again.
I’ve learned the hard way how to get balance back, how to manage time and energy, by listening carefully to myself.
In time creativity and art has spread to all parts of my daily life. From the way I show up in public daily, to the way I make a casual Monday dinner, while do Casual Dancing Therapy in the kitchen.
Even in tiny portions, a few seconds sometimes - it’s an incredibly powerful, but simple tool
that actually works and impacts your well being.

My other professional experiences are: Solid career as professional visual artist; Years of teaching drawing skills to kids and adults; Years of education in the Academy of Fine Arts; Years of choreography & ice skating school - actor in Children’s theater on ice; Music school education; Years of creating cultural events and exhibitions;

    “Thanks for a great course! I just took the first series of “I can draw, I can see” and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Alexandra Trizna helped build my confidence in drawing and forced me to see and understand objects in another way. A great way to learn patience too!”
