About me:

Born a creative soul, I danced, drew, and sang from an early age, always knowing I’d become an artist.
After earning a master’s degree from the Art Academy, I built a solid career as a professional artist.

Life has taken me across different countries, realities, and challenges—emigration, solo parenting, loss,

health struggles. In the hardest times, creativity became my lifeline.

Through art, Neuragraphica method, dance, and music, I found resilience.

Through the years I've discovered a talent to inspire and share with others creativity skills and energy.

I love to see how people of all ages start to shine, when they activate their own ability to be creative.

Drawing courses
Years ago, 2010, I created the multi-level drawing course "I Can Draw, I Can See" for both adults and children.
It blends a playful, improvisational approach with structured academic art education.
I teach fundamental drawing skills while guiding each student to discover their unique artistic voice—
proving that anyone can learn to draw.

Neurographica sessions
I'm always open to learning new things, which led me in 2019 to add Neurographica to my professional skill set.
This innovative method helps rewire neural connections through special drawing techniques. Combining psychology and visual creativity, Neurographica is a powerful tool for stress relief and personal growth.

Casual Dancing Therapy

At one point in my life, I forgot to dance. But in 2021, I started a self-made experiment—while juggling a full-time job and being a solo mother to two small boys, I began a 100-day challenge: five-minute daily dance sessions in my kitchen or living room, followed by posting them on Instagram.

It turned out to be a simple yet incredibly powerful tool that transformed my well-being in ways I never imagined.

Now, in my sessions, I invite others to incorporate this simple practice into their lives.
